How to take Rain Soul and Rain's other products

The most common question after a first purchase is not what the product contains, but how to take it. The answer differs more between Rain's products than you might think: the gels are drunk straight from the sachet, pure and beat are mixed into water, bryt and renu are capsules, vida is taken as drops under the tongue and Boost is an oil measured with a teaspoon.

This guide gathers Rain's own instructions for the whole range. The information comes from the product pages in Rain's official store on 15 October 2026. Rain sometimes changes recipes and packaging, so always read the package and the product page in Rain's store before you start. What is written there takes precedence over this text.

Short answer: the dose for each product

Two products changed form during the autumn of 2026. Pure is now sold as sticks in fruit punch flavor, and beat as 30 sticks where Rain states one a day. If you have an older tub of beat at home, the instructions on that tub apply. Not every product is sold in every country. Rain's US store lists soul, soul red, core, bend, pure, bryt, beat, form, renu and vida, while the UK store does not list bend.

The gels: soul, soul red, core and bend

Rain's instruction is the same for all four: shake the sachet, tear off the top and drink the contents directly. Rain states 1 to 2 servings a day and no particular time, so most people take the sachet when it fits into their routine, for example with breakfast.

Soul and soul red are thick gels, core is thinner and more like a juice. If you would rather mix the gel into a little water or juice, that is fine too, the serving contains the same. Do not take more than the recommended dose per day.

Soul red has only 15 sachets per package against 30 in soul, so the same dose runs out twice as fast. What that means for the price per serving is covered in our comparison of soul, soul red and core.

Pure and beat: one stick in a glass of water

Both pure and beat are taken as one stick a day, mixed into about 8 oz (240 ml) of water. Rain states eight US ounces, which is about one ordinary drinking glass. Stir well or shake in a bottle, the powder dissolves better that way.

For beat, Rain also suggests a time: 20 to 30 minutes before a workout, or in the morning and early afternoon on a normal day. For pure, no time is stated.

The capsules: bryt and renu

Bryt is taken as 1 to 2 capsules a day according to Rain's store. Bryt contains caffeine from green tea, and according to our bryt page two capsules give 75 mg of caffeine. Caffeine can affect sleep, so most people take bryt earlier in the day. Count coffee, tea and energy drinks too if you want to keep track of your total amount.

Renu is taken as 2 capsules every morning according to Rain, and a container of 60 capsules then lasts one month.

The new products: vida and Boost

Vida comes as drops with vitamin D3, vitamin K2, vitamin E and sea buckthorn seed oil, with lemon flavor. Rain's instruction is to shake the bottle gently, drop it under the tongue and let it dissolve. How many drops make one dose is printed on the bottle.

Boost is an oil with black cumin seed oil, pomegranate seed oil and fractionated coconut oil. Rain states 1 teaspoon, which is 5 ml, a day, mixed into a drink of your choice. Shake the bottle before use and keep it in the refrigerator after opening.

Several products at once and who should be careful

There is no shared limit for how many Rain products you can take. Each product has its own dose, and it applies to that product alone. Rain also sells bundles where several products are included. Two things are still worth adding up when you combine:

• Vitamins that are in several products. Bend, bryt and beat have added vitamins, and vida contains vitamins D, K and E. If you also take other supplements, add up the amounts.
• Caffeine. Among Rain's products, bryt is the one that contains caffeine.

Bryt is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women because of the caffeine. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take medication, have a chronic illness or want to give the products to a child, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before you start and bring the package. A dietary supplement does not replace a varied diet.
