Buy core at rainintl.comThe herbs in the blend
The herb blend in core consists of plants with a long tradition in European and Asian herbal use: milk thistle, dandelion, wheatgrass and aloe vera. Milk thistle has been used since antiquity and is the most studied of them, chiefly for its silymarin content. Dandelion is traditionally used as a bitter herb. Long traditional use is not the same thing as an established effect, however, and there is no approved health claim for any of these herbs.
