About bryt
Bryt is Rain’s only product in capsule form and the only one containing caffeine. A dose of two capsules provides 75 mg of caffeine from green tea, roughly the same as a cup of brewed coffee, along with 100 mg L theanine, 200 mg bacopa monnieri and 75 mg lions mane.
The combination of caffeine and L theanine is the one in the formula with the most research behind it, and here they are dosed at roughly 1 to 1.3. For lions mane, bacopa and beta alanine, no health claim has been approved, neither for cognition nor for anything else. What may be stated comes instead from the vitamins, which bryt contains in high doses.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Bryt is vegan, free from gluten and soy, with a plant based capsule and no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. One dose contains 75 mg caffeine.
